1. Shipping Coverage
We offer shipping services to the following regions:

Within the UAE: Free delivery across all emirates.
GCC Countries: Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia.
International Shipping: Available upon request. Please contact our customer service team for more details.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

     Domestic (Within UAE)
Standard Delivery: Free for all orders. Expected delivery time is 3-5 business days.
Express Delivery: Available at an additional cost. Expected delivery time is 1-2 business days.
ii.    GCC Countries
Standard Shipping: Delivery time is 5-10 business days.
iii.    Express Shipping: Available at an additional cost. Delivery time is 3-5 business days.
iv.    International Shipping
Delivery times vary based on destination and shipping method chosen. Please contact our customer service team for a specific delivery estimate.

3. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receipt.
Custom and bulk orders may require additional processing time. Our team will provide an estimated delivery date upon order confirmation.
4. Shipping Costs
Within UAE: Free standard delivery. Express delivery fees are calculated at checkout.
GCC Countries: Shipping costs vary based on order weight and destination. Fees are calculated at checkout.
International: Shipping costs are determined by destination, weight, and shipping method. Please contact customer service for a quote.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to monitor the status of your delivery.

6. Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.
Certain remote areas may incur additional shipping charges or longer delivery times. We will inform you of any such conditions upon order placement.
7. Delivery Issues

i.   Delayed Delivery
If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery timeframe, please contact our customer service team at info@connectiongroup.ae for assistance.

ii.   Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately.
For damaged items, please retain all packaging materials and provide photos of the damage to expedite the claim process.
